After receiving a really positive follow up call I was really disappointed with the overall report where none of the pictures he promised were included and nothing about the car value which he said he would add as it was massively overpriced, appreciate he didn't know the sale price until we spoke. All the sections in the report we're ticked ’fair’ with no further comments provided on anything. It did make me question whether anyone actually went to see the car at all. Also, the final report took nearly 14+ hours to come through so I had to buy the car before seeing the report. Then, After picking up the car which was advertised as full service history it is actually over due a service and flagging on the dashboard as such which would have been noticed on the 10 min drive, again appreciate he wouldn't have seen the addvert but a picture of the message would have meant it's not as advertised and I could have negotiated on the overall price. Wing Mirror had received extensive reconstruction and paint job, again no picture on the report. Ash was very polite and informative in his dianostic of the problems with my car, After 36 years of doing all my own repairs I feel confident in letting clickmechanic take over from now, been to scared to use a garage previously due to the experiences colleges have had.

Ash was great, he was delayed due to a genuine emergency and kept me up to date with what was happening. Very helpful in terms of the work on the van as well.

Good service although poor internal communications proved an issue.
Makes me doubt whether a centralised system works.
Probably cut out the middle man next time.
