Ash was great. Was a bit late, but due to an over running previous appointment. He called to let me know. Work was of a high standard, and even ran an Ecu fault check on the vehicle for free. Would definitely recommend!

Initially had to reschedule due to a problem with his van but came as agreed the next day. Service carried out was fine. Happy with the work that he did. When closing the bonnet, he accidentally broke the bonnet rod stay bracket and said that he would replace it. Nothing happened after 2 weeks so contacted again. Said he forgot and would sort it. Still nothing. No reply. Had to buy a new one myself so I can prop the bonnet up without holding it. I think next time I’ll use my local garage that I’ve used for the last 12 years.

Hello,
We would like to make it clear that the plastic clip you are referring to was the already broken plastic clip taped on with sticky tape. This is meant to hold the bar for putting the bonnet up.
The bonnet was raised and bar placed in the correct slot. It is not our fault the sticky tape repair did not hold doing no damaged other push the already broken, taped on clip through.
