Honda Accord Car Won't Start Inspection

After purchasing a brand new battery and a multi fuse my car still did not start. Tobia arrived on-site and quickly diagnosed that the battery was flat (even though it was brand new). He got my car started within 15 minutes. Thank you Tobia.
