Very friendly and efficient and we were very happy with his work. In fact we went out in it within the hour of him arriving.

very happy with work and his work was good considering it was raining and dark.

Time slot 8am to 10am and turned up at 12 midday. Rang several times to get an answer phone of Konner- rang your helpline lady very helpful. The mechanic that turned up was not Konner- god know who he was.
I had brake pads replaced on a BMW X5 he did not turn off the warning light very annoying.
Overall not a great experience or level of service

My mechanic was a nice friendly guy who got straight into the job after he arrived. He seemed to be knowledgable and replaced my alternator without any problems.
