Yes chatty but got on with it, good knowledge of what was wrong with the car and had all parts ready even the extra ones that were found to be needed during the repair

Hadn’t got a clue. I had suggested it was the starter motor but he didn’t think it was. Had a couple of goes at other things and gave up. Not wearing PPE. Smoking swearing

It turned out it was the starter motor but it meant I missed an important appointment because the vehicle was not working on the Monday morning

Konner at K tech delivered really good service. Very friendly and realised the issue just by turning the key in the ignition. Went out of his way to drive to pick up some parts during the service, most of all he was efficient and quick. Would 100% book again!
