Shane was polite and friendly but did not carry out good work and arrived late, also did not have the tools required for gapping spark plugs, and left the car in an undriveable state after the work was done.
Reply from Shane:
This is an unfair review. The booking was between 1-3pm , I arrived at 3pm. Which is in the allotted time of arrival slot. Also You asked for a spark plug replacement which i carried out, spark plugs are all pre gapped from factory. You said your car was misfiring and stalling with the last three sets of spark plugs. I shouldn’t be blamed for the fourth set still not fixing the issue.
