Shane was fantastic, he knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain it to me. He talked through the options available to me and was friendly and cheerful throughout, even though it was pouring with rain!

To be honest I was a little worried at first having to go through a fully automated process without a human to talk. I wrote what I thought was wrong but I didn't 100% know and was concerned it would impact what the mechanic was prepared for if it turned out to be something else. But Shane rang me before the appointment to check the ‘symptoms’ of the issue to ensure he had the correct parts with him.
