The mechanic that was sent to us was Shane, he had to travel a fare bit to get to us, but he kept us Informed of his progress and his ETA, very friendly and very knowledgeable and efficient, in what he does, he got straight to work in diagnosing the problem ,(instead of looking at the car, scratching his head with a blank look on his face, like some places you go ) an absolute asset, worth his wait in Gold,
