It was my first time using ClickMechanic so I was a bit wary, however Shane was brilliant. He was friendly, polite, engaging, professional and competent. He was very thorough in his work and explained what he was doing as he went along, so I had a clear understanding. Great mechanic and totally deserving of a top star rating.
