Shane did a good job and I'm happy with the work he did. the work was done in less than half the time I was quoted (and therefore paid for) I was happy to pay it on this occasion, but customers should only pay for the time that the job takes not the quote as that can differ.

Shane was very friendly and very clear in explaining how he could go about solving the issue. He even suggested a way we could make sure replacing the part fixed the issue before the whole job was even complete. He worked very quickly and professionally, and in under an hour the whole job was done!

He was friendly, but stripped the thread on the brake caliper and not say he he had done it,an told me that i needed a new caliper at my expence, he only had to be honest an we could have sorted somthing out, but it has cost me much more now to get the mess he created out,i am almost a pensioner an have had to pay for his mistake not happy

I’m very disappointed with this review from you Peter. You called me to change your rear brakes only. But because you had attempted to do your brakes yourself. You opened the bleed screw on the caliper yourself for no reason at all. And as a result damaged the thread by over tightening it. When I arrived there was brake fluid leaking everywhere, I tried to help you out by bleeding the system free of charge after trying to close the bleed screw to no avail. I cannot take the blame for you needing a caliper. It was a 30 minute job which took 90 minutes because of your own mistake. Please don’t blame others.

I was told by 4 different 'mainstream' mechanic garages they couldnt do the job due to needing a specific programme on their computer!... when actually they only needed Shanes knowledge. Shane did an excellent job of replacing the clutch on my car. It is a difficult task but he completed it in a competent and professional manner. The car now runs great, we are very pleased with the work that has been done, and would not hesitate to recommend him for future repairs.
