Shane had a bit of a nightmare with the parts and to make it worse it was wet and cold. Nevertheless, Shane was very friendly and polite, and kept a smile on his face. He made sure the job was done at the expense of his time and was very apologetic even though it was not his fault. I would thoroughly recommend Shane, and I would request him to do any furture repairs I book. Thanks so much, Shane!
