Such a great job. Professional and friendly.

Matt was really friendly, knowledgeable and courteous as he rang to inform me he was running 30mins late. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and was really prompt and supplying a quote. The work was then carried out with no inconvenience to myself and i feel Matt went the extra mile to ensure prompt service.

Matthew did an absolute fab job! Rang me to say he would be collecting in 20 minutes, very prompt. Rang him later the day to find out what was happening, very effective!
Rang me today to let me know the final details and found out he had saved me some money!

Matthew was great. Although not his fault, it took a while for the correct part to arrive, and when it did he stayed late to get as much work done as possible. He kept me informed that the car would be in overnight and the work completed the following day. He put up with my pestering very professionally, and I had to pester as I was getting pestered to be back in the office heh.

Matt was a knowledgable expert. Calm, efficient and even though interior had to be dismantled there is no sign of that after he finished! Van is back to her old self
