Mathew found the problem out on my VW touran fairly quickly and tried too fix it the same day but had to order parts. He came back the next day and sorted the problems out. Unfortunately my alternator was falling apart and had to rush out to buy one and fit it, the car is fine now.
I was not able too be at home when Mathew worked on the car and with the extra extra expense of the alternator was a surprise I think a quick phone call to me would have eased the shock hence 4 stars on communication all in all very good.

Mathew arrived just after 8. He checked the vehicle first to ensure I actually needed the parts replaced. The parts were replaced and Mathew informed me that I would need extra work done on the exhaust in the future.

Mathew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He picked the car up and dropped it off, as requested, on time, no issues. Just like clockwork, very smooth.

Clickmechanic sent us Matthew from karcare reading. He came on Monday and told us he had to order a part which would be here Wednesday and it would cost a total of £90, £40 for the part and £50 to fit it. Spoke to him Wednesday afternoon and he said the part would arrive that day between 4 and 5 and he would come fit it on Thursday. Ignored my texts and calls Thursday afternoon and Friday morning until we called karcare. He arrived not long after but said he would have to order another part as the one he had was wrong. We picked the part up Saturday morning which he had paid £27 for. His colleague came to fit it as Matthew was busy and when he had finished told us it was £100. As Matthew had already said he would fit it for £50 and the part was £27 it should of been £77!
