which had been around for some time. They also kept me informed of the progress at

Only met the pick up guy at the door for collection. On the receipt for the service being done ,click mechanic showed the location for work carried out to be my home address, ie the service would be done on my driveway. The car was picked up at 5.15 pm taken to a garage in Telford and returned to me at 4.45 pm the following day- I live in Staffordshire.
This is not a fault of the garage but a miscommunication from click mechanic. Had I been informed the car would be away for 24 hours I would have declined this garage and found an alternative, as it was I had to arrange taxis to get to work, therefore a further cost to me.
Not best pleased.

On the booking it stated you was happy with garage collect and drop off the car would have been back the same day if it didn’t require additional work no fault of us personally we delivered the car to your place of work as requested after you agreed to the additional work I don’t see how we could have made your experience with us any better sorry if you was led to believe differently

Wow. First time using these guys and DEFINITELY will not be my last. My car was collected and dropped off as soon as the work was complete - and I live 40 minutes away from the garage. Kieran kept me informed every step of the way and rang to inform they had noticed other issues which required prompt attention. I've been requoted for the second phase of the work and will book my car in within the next few days.
I will not hesitate to return to (and recommend) New Inns for all future servicing, MOT and any other works required. Thanks to all involved. 5* from me!
