Quality: given 5*, with caveat that we have driven it far yet to prove mechanics.

Punctuality: given 4* because they arrived at 10:15 but they called to let us know they would be slightly late so not a real problem. Plus they had to travel about an hour so fair enough.

Communication: 5* Both mechanics were friendly, polite and courteous. Work was completed within two hours and car was left in good order.

Fantastic service from Ash and James. Kept me updated with their arrival time which was in the time slot promised. Very friendly when I spoke to them and they explained what was happening to my car. Social distancing adhered to. Can not recommend enough!

I put a lower rating for 'Punctuality' as he was an hour later than expected.

We had some issues to start with. The day the mechanic was due, i was contacted to say they couldn't make that day due to their van had broken down. We arranged for the following few days later. The mechanic arrived on the arrange date and started the work. However halfway through he realised he was given the wrong parts and could not complete the job. We then had to reschedule once again for the following day.

Ash quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and came to fix it the next day, while keeping me informed about what he was doing. Great service!
