Mechanic arrived in good time and was very friendly and communicated well. Was very happy with the work done and the time taken.

Mechanic was late due to arrive between 8-10 no communication at all to let me know that he was running late. Upon me phoning I was told mechanic was at a call out and was running late. ( this is fair enough ) I was told the mechanic would call shortly. An hour later I got a call to be told that he was an hour away from my location. One hour later mechanic had not entered the location correctly and was in fact now 2 hours away from my location.

Mechanic finally arrived around 2pm. Upon which I was then told that he had the wrong parts and he needed to go and fetch the correct parts.

Work its self was done well and efficiently upon having the correct parts. Overall it seems the mechanic had a bad day but did not communicate effectively. Thankfully I work from home and was not due to go anywhere that day or the review would be different story! Read more

Andrew done a great job changing the engine oil and filter no complaints on my part.

He was very polite, covered all elements and copleted the service in good time.
