I am 72 year young-still a working Pensioner. I want to relay what happened regarding my car service. Paul who took less than 1 hour to complete my annual service. Whenever he was leaving so quickly(?)-he advised me that he had put details of my service in the handbook. Mileage entered and date-NO GARAGEor MECHANIC Stamp at all??? As I had bought the car from new-each annual service had the Garage stamp. This is normal except for this mechanic.I have complained to Click that I did not feel that the hand brake was as tight as after my normal service. I have advised Click that I am taking my complaint to Trading Standards. Paul did NOT use a car ramp to examine underneath the car- he crawled back and forward?I feel that now having paid £185 for less than 1 hours work and Click will say they have no control over payment. My payment has gone to the mechanic directly whenever I booked this service???. I have advised both parties of my annoyance as I feel this is crazy. Maybe I should qualify as a mechanic and get over a ton for for a hours work. I really ignoring what say as they are just covering their backs. It is like paying for a meal upfront and contacting food stomach complaint. You go back to the restaurant- they say TOUGH. This is both parties attitude. There are good mechanics that do a good and professional job. This is by no means what I got. No doubt Click will wipe out my comments- BAD Reviews Hurt business--only good reviews are acceptable.
