I explained to him exactly what was wrong I had a diagnostic report yet somehow he has seen my car twice costing me 100 pounds in total and I am no better off than I was a month ago. No help whatsoever

Hi the first time I arrived to your car it was at a kwik fit centre which they wouldn’t allow us to carry out any repairs on site and were not permitted to release the keys to us as they had no communication with yourself as they had been trying for 2 weeks.
We tried several times to contact you and your MRS with no success therefore the booking got cancelled with a cancellation fee as per the terms and conditions.
You rebooked the vehicle in for the same work after getting the vehicle recovered to your house as the vehicle was unroadworthy.
We then tried to contact you and your mrs several times with no success again we turned up again and started the work you booked in for the wheel bearing however the wheel bearing has melted over the hub so you now require a hub.
This is the first time we have actually inspected the vehicle and you require a Hub as well as a wheel bearing therefore you have been charged for a diagnostics instead of a wheel bearing.
After contacting kwik fit they explained they also told you that you require a hub in order to do the job and that’s why you didn’t carry out the work with them.
As no one can get in contact with you or your mrs your vehicle requires are a hub in addition to the wheel bearing.
