I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received today. Communication was excellent, before and during the appointment. They talked me through the job, what was happening and carried out the work promptly and professionally, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area immaculate. My car is repaired and running and they offered me ongoing advice - I would definitely recommend the service and would 100% use them again in the future.

A return visit from Jamie following my earlier service. Arrived promptly, giving me a call with a more narrow arrival time. Got on with the work straight away. When finished he explained what had been completed in a way that was clear and informative. He also had a few tips to help me get better efficiency and performance. He took the car for a short test drive on completion and updated me on the performance of the new brakes. Great, friendly and informative service from Jamie once again.

Jamie was excellent. The report was thorough and the pictures he took were extremely useful.
He was great on the phone too. Very punctual when he said he would call back. It was pur first time using this service and I would highly recommend if all mechanics are as amazing as him. Also waaaaaay cheaper than what RAC quoted us.

Jamie was fantastic. He had a lot of traffic issues getting here but kept me in the loop about his arrival time constantly. I felt a bit guilty when the problem with my car was something simple, but he explained everything and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. Very happy to use Jamie again in the future.

Jamie was great. Really friendly. I am not clued up in cars but he spoke to me in a so I can understand what was wrong and gave great advice on how to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
