Jamie was excellent. Despite the Dealer saying that the car was well maintained and in excellent condition, the Pre-Inspection showed this to be far from the case, and that the was was actually unsafe to drive. The report that I received back was thorough and easy to understand, and the follow up call to discuss the issues was brilliant. Although I'm out of pocket for the inspection, it has saved me a lot of money and hassle in the future and stopped me from buying the car.

Jamie turned up earlier than expected which was fine and it didn't take as long as expected, he explained what he was going to do and showed me before putting everything back together he did a fab tidy job. I will definitely use him again and recommend to others.
