There was an unavoidable delay in the work being carried out but I was pleased with the level of communication which meant I understood the problem and felt that work commenced at the earliest opportunity.

After running the diagnostic we found out that unfortunately it was a different problem that we had assumed but we’re were given clear information and are now waiting on the correct part. Very good communication even when things didn’t go to plan.
