Prompt, efficient and professional, fixing all the issues I'd asked to be addressed. Fully explained the work done, also providing photographs, and offered advice on where some further work may soon be needed. Having not used a mobile mechanic before, I found the experience much less hassle, and somewhat less costly, than the more usual type of garage service. I'll certainly be booking again in future.

Jamie rang to ask if he could arrive early. I said it would be fine, he said he would be 25mins and was spot on. I gave him the keys and he got on with replacing the sensor on the front wheel. He had finished in about half an hour. He took the car for a short test run to make sure all was in order.

Jamie phoned to ask if it was convenient for him to arrive earlier than scheduled.
After confirmation he arrived about 1420hrs.
He introduced himself and I handed him the keys
He asked for a history of what was wrong. He said he would check it out and get back to me. Later he came and explained what was wrong how much it will cost to put right
He then gave me a date and time he would be able to do the work.

Jamie made contact before his allotted time to see if he could arrive earlier which suited me perfectly. Sump removed and replaced with no issues. Good communication throughout. I was shown photographs of the work he had undertaken. I was very pleased with the price and the service I received.
