Jamie phoned to ask if it was convenient for him to arrive earlier than scheduled.
After confirmation he arrived about 1420hrs.
He introduced himself and I handed him the keys
He asked for a history of what was wrong. He said he would check it out and get back to me. Later he came and explained what was wrong how much it will cost to put right
He then gave me a date and time he would be able to do the work.

Jamie made contact before his allotted time to see if he could arrive earlier which suited me perfectly. Sump removed and replaced with no issues. Good communication throughout. I was shown photographs of the work he had undertaken. I was very pleased with the price and the service I received. This is the second time I have used ClickMechanic and can only say what a wonderful service you provide. Thank you.
