Jamie, and his colleague/apprentice, were both friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and talented. They knew exactly what they were doing and managed the timing belt and water pump change in less than half the time I had been advised by different garages I had been to for estimates. Further, I had received estimates from different garages that were twice the cost I paid ClickMechanic for. I specifically like the idea of having someone come to you, do the job professionally and leave; much better than organizing transport from and to a garage, and waiting for a phone call at the end of the day. Jamie was brilliant. He arrived early, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the potential faults in a way that was easy to understand, and put my mind at ease. He got straight to work, completed the job quickly, and cleared all the fault codes. The car is now running perfectly. I'd happily recommend Jamie.
