Jamie, was helpful and polite throughout,called to let me know his estimated time of arrival and he arrived within the agreed time frame.

Talked me trough the repair, what would be involved, estimted time it would take etc.

Very happy with the work completed and Jamie's evident knowledge and expertise ( he picked up another unrelated issue that needs attention.)Will definately use Jamie in the future and recommend to others.

Jamie phoned to say he will be a little bit earlier which was ok with m. He got straight on with the job and sorted it out. He also gave me information on what he did and for any problems to look out fore.

Phoned before the appointment to say he was on his way, arrived early. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Jamie was excellent, he arrived early and though the work took longer than was originally expected it was completely with no extra cost. I was kept up to date with proceedings as I was at work.

Jamie was fantastic, he kept me updated & was early! He showed me pictures of his work and I didn’t need to leave the house.

Jamie was an absolute star! He called prior to turning up to confirm the appointment, called then to say he was on his way, arrived spot on time and kept me updated throughout the repair. Very much knows his stuff and a friendly chap; offered me some great advice for future things to look out for and the work he did was photographed throughout too and showed me state of the removed part.
