They changed the battery on my renault captur. They contacted me when they were 30 minutes away to give the a more precise time of arrival. Great communication, arrived earlier than scheduled, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail, showed me while testing the faulty plugs and did the job in a timely manner. I am a happy customer.

Jamie was exceptional. He communicated throughout the morning and spent time diagnosing the issue and then confirming the diagnostic with some hands on work.

He presented some options to fix the problem and advice to prevent the issue occurring again.

Due to the nature of the repair he was unable to provide the fix, but had that been an option, I would have happily taken it.
