Jamie was excellent, and very helpful.

One negative point, its minor, but important.
Contacting Click Mechanic to follow ups or information is a little difficult, but this hasn't put me off.

This is the second time Jamie has attended to fix an issue with my car. Once again the service was exceptional.

We exchanged messages prior to the appointment so he could come as well prepared as possible and he arrived with the relevant parts to solve any of the possible issues.

He called prior to arriving to let me know when he would arrive and was able to identify and fix the issue within an hour, including purchasing an additional part required for the fix.

Fantastic service as always.

This is the first time ive used ClickMechanic,absolutey fantastic, simple process to book and at a great price, i would highley recommend to anyone looking for a great machanic. Jamie the machanic assiged to my job was first class. Very knowledgable, polite and friendly. He arrived on time explained the job, he got started straight away took pictures at different stages, showed me the new parts and the old worn parts he'd replaced, and completed the job in two hours. I will definitely be using ClickMachanic again. First class service by first class machanic.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, kept in touch with arrival time and made the whole process super easy. Advised on other work needed without being pushy and the van now runs great, very happy with the work and would recommend Jamie.

Jamie called ahead to say he was running behind, but still arrived within the window, he was efficient polite and seemed like a genuine honest mechanic, I would use him again in the future.

Jamie was absolutely brilliant, arranged the time slot several days before the booking, called me a couple of hours before to confirm his ETA, all the work carried out to a high standard, car is now doing well and gave me some info on some other issues which may need sorting at some point.
