Jamie was fantastic. He phoned me in advance to confirm the time he'd be arriving and he completed the work really quickly, much quicker than expected. He changed all my brake discs and pads. He also took it for a test drive. My car passed its mot so he must have done a good job lol. He was friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and fixed another little issue I had too. He also offered to help me move some wood I was dragging off my drive, I politely declined as he wasn't here for that and I didn't want to take advantage, but it just shows what a lovely kind and thoughtful man he is. I also had another car that was off the road, Jamie took a look and helped me get into it. He had offered to buy it but as I didn't know where the log book was and it needed work doing on it, he was fair to me and said I'd get more for it for scrap. He gave me a few suggestions and thanks to Jamie's advice I accepted an offer for scrap and someone collected my old car the next day and I got £283 for it. This shows he's trustworthy, he could've bought my car for less and made money on it. I will be contacting him again next time I need any car work and I'd happily recommend him. Jamie was great. Let me know when he was going to get here and was straight to work trying to figure out what was wrong with my car window (it wouldn't go up) and he knew what it was pretty much straight away. In the end he managed to secure my window shut and advised me of the part I needed to fix it, and he even offered to come back and fit it if I could get one (my cars parts are difficult to source so he couldn't get hold of it, but I wasn't surprised) and he left me his card. I will probably try to source the part myself and give him a ring as he was very polite and professional and got the job done.
