Craig as a mechanic was knowledgeable and repaired the faulty part with ease..we did have a delay with the repair but once here he did the job well.

Disappointed. Was here fot an hour. He Just put a cleaner through. Told me filter blocked needed replacing. After he left took to jag independent they did the job no problem £96. Lesson learnt.

Craig was unable to attend 23rd but made a plan to sort it out for me 24th at my place of work. He let me know when he was on his was and when he was 5 minutes away. He was friendly and professional. He explained the process and what to expect to see afterwards.

Not happy with diagnosis totally wrong a million miles away from what the problem really was massive mistake witch would cost nearly fiftey times more than it needed to be and has cost me inconvenience and money. Problem was bad starting when hot. click mechanics diagnosis was blown head gasket £1000 pound lowest price. Actual problem was fuel pump relay £20 pound.

Craig was terrific communication was great a carried out the job without any fuss definitely recommend.
