Arrived an hour and a half before the appointment - we weren't at the location of the car and so had to rush back
Diagnosed the issue, but in doing so made it worse with the car becoming undrivable (pressure testing the coolant system caused a hose with a minor leak to fully break).
Promised to go away and find a replacement part and then confirm when could be fixed. I chased after about three hours to be told he was still looking. Never heard back and so was left to sort the mess out myself.
Was 200 miles from home - with no response I had to get my car recovered back to home and arrange a car hire for me and my family.
