I pay for a service and the mechanic unfortunately don’t make any job and click mechanic take £55 for the visits of mechanic and leave the job so now I need to pay more money if I want to resolve it again. Very very bad service and put in risk the life of customers because the issues like this can put in risk your life driving . Very careful and check other options if you can . Very disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
As explained during the time of the booking, the fault you originally booked in for was incorrect therefore the booking was changed to a diagnostic inspection.
You failed to mention that the day after the inspection you messaged me directly to say the noise has gone away and I advised you if the problem occurred again to contact me and I would return to inspect.
The slight noise you have doesn't put your life at risk, I believe the fault to be the shock absorber and not the wishbone Bush you requested to be changed.
