Edgar was brilliant,no messing about,job done good communication,he did what it said on the label,can't thank him enough.highly recommend and will use in the future.

The mechanic arrived just about within the time slot given , this apparently due to traffic congestion , did get phone call to say he was running late, work was carried out quickly and efficiently , guy was pleasant and informative and knowledgeable. This was a very convenient way of affecting a repair quickly without having the inconvenience of being without my car . The job took one hour , under similar circumstances I would use the service again.

Probably one of the worst experiences i have hadwith so called mechanics. Misdiagnosed problem, changed the wrong part , still have the fault on my vehicle, mechanic also asked if i wanted a cash job so i didnt have to pay a 25% surcharge to click mechanic . which is outside the rules clearly set out by click mechanic. Now taking this further with Trading Standards and card company who have protection for customers againt these so called "companies"

Missed first appointment--rescheduled and was on time second occasion.
Very pleasant and friendly.
Did not have machine to reset the BMW computer so that the brake fuel light went out, but promised to return to complete the job.

Was mailed to say Edgar the mechanic would be calling between between 9-11 .Had a phone call from Edgar to say he was sending one of his men and that he'd be with me in 30-40 mins.
Dave arrived at 10.40. Very polite! Couldn't make a proper diagnosis and he rang Edgar for advice. Dave said he had no other tools with him. (apart from the battery reader)
.He left at 11. Told me he couldn't do the work until Tueday.. I felt he was rushing. I even had to put the bonnet down!
I waited for the quote on line but had to ring Edgar, who said he had sent the quote. He told me another mechanic would have to pick the job up. Waited again. Eventually ClickMechanic contacted me via email. Told them I was still waiting. Eventually got a quote for £397.
Had to pay £41.40 for 20min diagnosis.

Edgar is very professional and friendly, he explains everything clearly, he goes out of his way to get the parts you require and keeps you informed and the price quoted was the price paid, would highly recommend Edgar to anyone.

Of course there is always a sense of trepidation when calling in this kind of service, you almost expect to be ripped off in some way. These fears were completely unfounded- what a hugely refreshing surprise! Everything about this visit was first class, including the clear honest advice. I can't recommend "click mechanic" and Edgar highly enough. Brilliant.
