Was so running so late on the arranged day that I agreed that it best for the work be done the next day. On the next day the machanic's young assistant turned up and was unsure where to start. First he did not know where to connect the diagnostic equipment and then after looking it up on via the web found that the equipment was not charged enough to use.
I had told him that my catalytic converter had been stolen before he started work so after this fiasco he concluded that this was the reason for the non start, something that I had already asked first.
So no diagnostic work done but still charged the full price for no work completed.
I have used ClickMechanic before with no problem but now out of pocket after paying for a diagnostic test that did not happen this may be the last time. Read more
