Matt was able to see us very promptly and analyse the problem. When the problem later reappeared, he was very quick to follow-up with us, and we have had over a thousand miles of trouble-free motoring since. I am really impressed with the service.

Mat turned up at the time we organised and got to work on our Mini straight away. Turned out to be a trickier job than I had anticipated but Mat persevered and kept me informed of progress. Very satisfied with the standard of work. Mat is friendly, courteous, communicative and professional. I instantly felt at ease and would recommend him without hesitation.

Ford Fiesta Full Service

I would not recommend him. He did not know that I had booked 'full' service and just did the oil change and air filter change and went on to stamp the service book. When I told him that he needs to do a full service meaning much more than what he did, he said he would do it. He did follow a checklist on a tablet but did the checks very superficially.
He DID NOT do the following which is mentioned in full service checklist:
Top-ups for anti-freeze, brake fluid, power steering fluid
Check battery level and lubricate terminals
Spark plug condition check
Lubricate all door hinges, locks, and bonnet catches
Check and record brake fluid condition
Check power steering operation and fluid condition
Check and top up all under bonnet fluid levels
Check and top up axle and transfer box oil levels
Check and top up gearbox oil level
Grease all greasing points
Ensure all upholstery, gear lever, steering wheel, etc are clean.

We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the work carried out on your vehicle.
Please be advised that we are unaware of any communication from you either to ourselves or through the Click Mechanic resolution centre to try and resolve any issues you felt may of needed resolving.
I can confirm that a full service was carried out on your vehicle, the checklist complete, a ten to fifteen minute test drive (of which you were present during) was carried out and all fluid levels were checked and topped up.
Additonally extra checks (of which were carried out complimentary) were carried out to check the vehicles battery health and charge rates as well as checking the vehicles acceleration power.
