Joe was thorough on the premium inspection and I’m really glad I used this service otherwise I would’ve bought a family car that would’ve ended up costing me a lot of time and money to put right as it wasn’t as described to be unfortunately.

Joe, was extremely professional and thorough. His communication was outstanding throughout and I was very grateful to have someone of his skill checking out my vehicle.

Joe was highly knowledgeable and professional and he identified some very serious and worrying hidden issues with what looked based on mileage, year, basic history check, MOT check and in photos to be an ideal purchase. I was also very impressed with the quick turnaround on booking - less than 12 hours from lodging the request to slot time the next morning.

As this was a full check, this included a phone call with Joe discussing the various problems and he answered all my queries with ease. Joe included photos of all the key problems along with a full report and test drive.

If I need a vehicle inspected in this area of the country in future I hope I am assigned Joe next time! 11/10.

Joe did a basic pre purchase inspection for me at a garage so I didn't actually meet him but very happy with what he did. Glad I spent the money as a car that was advertised as excellent condition etc had a slipping clutch needing replacement soon and very bad underside corrosion. Would thoroughly recommend the service provided

The best decision I made to use this service, Joe (the mechanic) saved me from buying a car that looked lovely but which was basically a heap!!
He thoroughly checked the car, sent a very comprehensive report and went through it in a bit more detail with me on the phone.

I am no expert on cars and when you are thinking of buying a car and spending thousands you want and need an expert on your side. as its so easy to be ripped off!

I am still on the hunt for a car and as soon as I see another one I will be booking Joe (if its his area) or another mechanic which hopefully will be just the same as Joe to check the car out.
