Joe was great but I do wish there was communication following the initial call/report. Disappointingly I only had the opportunity to talk following the inspection before receiving the report and despite having reached out/emailed I heard nothing back.

Although I am not a mechanic or particularly good with cars/vans, it appeared as though Joe covered all bases, working intimately with the vehicle in question. Thorough reporting and candid advice is appreciated.

Joe was great very thorough with his inspection took photos of even the smallest of scratches so the detailing around the description of the body work was fantastic. Also great report on any mechanical issues prewarned about a clutch that will soon need replacing would definitely use again.

What can I say apart from AMAZING!! Joe was incredible at the pre-inspection report for my Mercedes car, he was thorough and answered all my million & one questions! I would highly recommend him and have done so already to my friends. I have so much faith in him that I am currently looking to get the work done by him and not my usual Mercedes workshop.
He informed me of his arrival time, he sent the report the same day, he was willing to answer my outstanding questions after the pre-inspection and was honest and open.
Like I said to him, if I could I would give him a million star rating, I would!
