Joe was fantastic. I text him prior to the inspection to ask him to look at a few specific areas of concern. He text me when he arrived at the car to say it wasn't a problem and he would call me as soon as he was finished. He was professional, polite and took the time to explain the issues he found. It gave me real confidence in buying a used car privately, as Joe had been so thorough. Thanks to Joe I now have a lovely new car. I would highly recommend his services and would certainly use him again.
