Robert was fantastic, he is very knowledgeable and managed to diagnose and sort my electrical fault that I had with my Volvo. I cannot recommend him enough.

Robert was very friendly and very efficient. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He had the jammed Mini Cooper bonnet opened in seconds and immediately started carrying out tests on the charging circuit and other parts of the electrical system. He identified several faults and decided that just replacing the battery would not solve the problems. He also examined other issues such as the stuck gear linkages and made helpful comments. I appreciated his honesty and his recommendations for further action.
