I honestly thought that some work would get done today as to why I called someone out . Took alot of money from me and left me with nothing no work was done was just given a report as to what what wrong at least I was expecting for my car to get fixed if there was issues with it

1.your vehicle is under manufacturers warranty as you clearly stated
2.you stated that on several occasions you have been advised to get your t chain checked
3.you also said you would return the vehicle to Arnold Clark
4.why would I carry out any additional work to your vehicle that you would need to pay for
If you have warranty
5.how can you mark down 1 for punctuality when I was there within the given time slot early .
