The experience was positive even though I did not meet the mechanic. He responded promptly to texts and was accommodating re key. The work followed an AA assessment which included advice on what a good mechanic would offer, and indeed Mario from ClickMechanic did so. I did not see the work take place but have since used the car and all seems fine.

We have had a reoccurring problem with intermittent breakdown (engine randomly shuts off completely - Ford Focus 2003) and, having done a great deal of research, felt reasonably confident that a replacement camshaft position sensor was needed and would sort the problem out - don't know whether it has as I haven't driven the car any distance as yet - we will know later on today.
Milo, who brought a replacement part out to us yesterday afternoon (really quick), was absolutely great. He was very professional, polite and helpful and took a great deal of trouble to explain what he was doing and what other possible reasons there could be for the problems we have been having. I have no hesitation in recommending him, he was excellent.

This was my first experience with this type of service. It was flawless. The mechanic personally called me the day before (on a Sunday!!) to ask couple of questions about the car.
