Arthur was very pleasant and instantly identified the problem with my car. There was a delay of a few days in getting the necessary part, however this was no fault of Arthur's and he kept me fully informed of the situation and as soon as it arrived he fixed my car.

Arthur was on time , very friendly and knowledgeable. Came to change and put on a new battery was all done within 10 minutes , waited for me to start the car and everything running OK.
