Arthur seemed knowledgeable and assured me he had corrected the fault. I also really appreciated that he came out on a Sunday. However, he did not take the car for a test and as soon as I tried to drive it, the fault was worse. I asked him to return to see to it again; he texted what he thought the issue was and that he would follow up after the Bank Holiday. However, he did not do this, did not answer my text or return my phone call.

Both mechanic's were friendly, efficient and professional. They carried out the necessary work that was required to achieve their objective and get the car working again.
