His personal skills were very good. Most mechanics aren't usually great at communication. He was friendly and approachable and it was easy to interact with him and his open friendly style made it easy to ask any questions I had.
He was informative and on the phone he explained everything about what the car needed. It was very clear in my mind What he'd done and had to do.
The car is running OK.
I found him miles better than a conventional garage.
I wish I'd used this service earlier.
I'll be honest: I've changed garages a few times because I wasn't happy with some aspect of their service.
I wanted to just stick with one person for ease of my time.
The whole experience was like a breath of fresh air partly because a lot of garages aren't good at customer service.
I would definitely use Jason again for my car repairs.
