Audi S3 Crankshaft (CKP) position sensor replacement

The mechanic was knowledgeable but knowledge needs to be put into action, this never happened. Today's date is the 7th of August and my car is still undrivable and as been since the 22nd of July.
I am still no further forward.
I would also like the camshaft sensor that I payed for returned to myself . New or old.
