Ben was was really good at this job and kept me well informed of everything he was doing

Ben kept in touch with regards to arrival time and sorted the problem within an hour.
The engine management light was intermittent with the fault showing as the DPF.
After a forced regeneration my Mercedes is now back to it's best.

Ben fitted a new rear silencer to my mini on Wednesday, to find the new part had a manufacturer defect. He quickly arranged a replacement part and fitted it today on his day off! He was punctual and kept me informed of his arrival. He also managed to keep a smile on his face. Top job!
