The mechanics were delayed in arriving but kept me informed. Due to some problem in getting the part on time from their supplier, they were unable to carry out the work when they arrived, but I was informed of this possibility before they arrived. I agreed for them to take my car to their workshop, carryout the work and return it next day. They brought the car back next day at the agreed time, repaired and in good working order. Throughout the process, they were polite, friendly and kept me informed. I am happy with their work.
