Ian was fantastic, spoke in real terms, no technical language so easy to understand the issues identified. Approachable, friendly, just a real genuine guy passionate about doing a good job for his customers. Really impressed. He was running late but communicated this and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. I needed a repair and this was organised very quickly and painlessly. He even picks the vehicle up and drops back, no need to drop off and find transport hole etc. Fantastic service!
