He explained the issues and advised me of the required repairs. He was happy to answer all of my questions and was knowledgeable in doing so.
The work on the car was completed thoroughly with care and he showed me the repairs before finalising the job.

Ben rang the day before the appointment to confirm it was still on and arrived punctually on the day. He was very strict in observing social distancing, which was good. He examined the car and was very clear in explaining what could be wrong with it and what effect that might have in the future. As it happened, the car didn't need any work doing on it but it was reassuring to have had it seen. Would definitely recommend Ben and Clickmechanic.
