Ben carried out my job. He was very knowledgeable as he has worked for both Ford and BMW. Fortunately I have a Ford so he knew my car well. Job was done well and he even checked and explained to me on what could be causing a hissing sound that I have been hearing for a while now from my engine bay. Overall really happy with the service Ben provided.
