The mechanic did what he could by fixing the issue temporarily (the battery needs to be changed which another mechanic from your service who is stuck in Cyprus due to the pandemic) which is fine. But the punctuality was not good twice and also, I noticed I was charged more than the receipted amount I received to my email and now, I got a parking penalty saying that my car was parked in a residential area in E4 where I believe the "garage" was located or around that area.

Rang me to say he was en route and needed to take the car to his garage. Repaired and returned in good time. Good communication throughout. No hesitation in recommending Imran.
