Imran communicated well and was prompt with his timing.
He carried out the work well and also sent pictures.

Professional regarding covid-19 protection as was wearing a mask and glove. Battery was changed quickly and also checked the alternator to make sure battery was charging correctly. Only negative was that the booking was for 8:00am - 10:00am but ended up arriving at 11:30pm (1:30 hours after expected). He did ring and inform of the delay but only at 9:45am. Luckily I didn't have anything urgent to do as was expecting at to be done by 11pm at the latest (as expected labour time was told as 1 hour max).

Friendly enough but not knowledgeable about my particular fault. Could have done the same diagnostics with my own OBD. Waste of time and money

My mechanic was very knowledgable, clearly pointed out any things with the vehicle that were not quite up to standard. I was very happy with the work Imran carried out and the many photos and video he sent of the vehicle and engine running etc.
